These tins bring me back. Every Friday after school my dad would take me to Walmart to get one of these. I ended up getting 4 of them over time, and the Rainbow Dragon one was always my favorite. Destiny Hero Plasma is a close second.

Volcanic Doomfire!!!! The tin that gives me goosebumps every time I see it. It is my first tin and one of the three tins I have ever got! Yes, only 3 tins and I collect Yugioh cards for more than 15 years. But I am not stopping here. I just hope i get my hands on onto one of these tins once again!

Honestly I think just seeing the Crystal Beasts was my favorite part. I used to run that deck back in 07 even though it wasn't the best, it was just fun to play.

Would love to see them drop BPT tins again with random promo cards from the Anime lol, could throw in collector's packs like Toon Chaos, King's Court, etc. 🤔 Like imagine a Toon World tin lol

Why is there not a single Cyberdark monster/spell/trap in the Cyberdark Impact! packs? Isn't that the set where they first ever printed the Cyberdarks? Were they only high rarity? I don't get it....These old packs don't have a lot of cover card archetype related cards

That's what I noticed from the OG booster packs. You would rarely get powerful cards unlike the Mega tins we get nowadays.

Rainbow dragon is definitely my favorite out of the bunch of these tins I quit playing around this time but coming back to yugioh and seeing what I missed out on is super cool and my buddy had the rainbow dragon misprint a couple of years ago when we got back into yugioh in like 2014 or 13 lol

I believe this is the only year of GX that I actually bought this tins when I was a kid. I bought 1 Saphire Pegasus and 2 Rainbow Dragon Tins lol. The card I was trying to pull was Water Dragon from EEN because my classmate got it. So my favorite tin has to be the Rainbow Dragon!

My mom was very poor at that time. I know back the days the tins aren't much expensive but i got something like that only to birthdays or christmas. I was always thankful for everything and the gold childhood that i spend outside. I love yugioh and need to say thanks for the nostalgia kick! I think I'm back in 2024 feom 2007. I still have the doomfire tin from when I used to play back then. Its where I keep all my old cards lol good for storage. The doomfire card is thrown somewhere inside lol. I loved the Six Samurai deck back then. It was fucking badass. X Saber was my next deck after that, I loved the hand discard loop thing with that deck. Can't remember, it was way too long ago lol

Plasma secret rare isn't worth anywhere near that here in the UK! £25 absolute tops but it also sells for £10 and below in NM condition so it's a weird card for sure.

For me it's the crystal beast Pegasus tin since it was much easier to get the card as opposed to its ultra printing. Plus cb where just a cool deck to begin with.
