Completely agree with you. What is interesting is that Gulhan lashed out at Halil thinking he was preventing Tekin from returning and she knew he had previously beaten up Tekin, so Halil got her anger, but here’s the thing… Halil was able to witness Gulhan losing it in front of him and blaming him and so even though he wasn’t the one holding Tekin, Halil got to see first hand what effect it would have had on Gulhan if he HAD carried out whatever punishment he had originally intended to Tekin… Halil is reeling from Gulhan’s meltdown and so in a way Zeynep did him a favour by keeping Tekin away from him, and indirectly letting him see just what would happen to his sister if he had hurt or done worse to Tekin (who is a total weasel)… but, Halil is not that smart yet to realize all of this… now that Zeynep has left him (finally)… he has a time out to think and as usual only in hindsight does Halil get a clue 🤦🏽‍♀️🙄

Tekin is not going to tell Gülhan anything because Halil has forbidden him to do so. Halil's anger directed at Zeynep is intense and only diminishes after his conversation with Hakan. Then he tries to say something important to her. But he comes rather late with that. Perhaps Zeynep saw his anger and disapproval on his face and in his eyes and that is why her face reflected so much emotion that evening. After that her face simply became rigid. She has regained her self-pride.
