Recently I had pretty significant nose dive in my mental health. I'd gotten to the point to where I was just tired of being here and was planning on ending things there without a second thought. That was until my best friend confronted me about my well being. We sat with my other best friend and we took things quite slow, I won't go into detail but what I gained from it was similar to the message presented here. It's important to take things one step at a time and go at your pace and not let anyone force you to do something you aren't prepared for. Another thing to keep in mind is to appreciate the little things ; they're precious and they can be something you might not realised you appreciated until it's already to late. I ended up focusing on the bare minimum at the time, making sure I was eating, drinking, brushing my teeth. Slowly that has been aiding me in get back on track along with trying to communicate with loved ones as much as possible and taking in things like the suns warm gaze or the release of a new song I've been keen for. I can't say for certain things will get better instantly but I promise you with patience and perseverance things will. Thank you for reading, I hope that everyone is enjoying tetos birthday!

I recently had 2 friends who stopped being friends with me for they thought I was backstabbing the friend to another guy which is also my friend and I know that these two hated each other's guts. Then 8 days later my partner broke up with me and I had a hard time re-building myself because it all happened so quickly. Right now I'm still at my lowest but I'm taking things slow and as the title suggests, I'm taking things One at a time. Still stressed and stuff but shit happens. I hope you're doing awesome there Anh Duy! I've been listening to your songs since 2017 and I support you in silence.

Now THIS is one of the best songs that can motivate me to push forward till my high school graduation and the future ahead! Senior year is hell and everyone has to have felt lost and constantly under pressure while studying for the graduation exam and trying to decide on their future path. That's exactly how I've been feeling these days, and I'm sure many others have been as well. 2 months left until my graduation exam, and this masterpiece dropped as I was sorta close to breaking down due to stress. Thank you so much to you and RVRE for making this song! It somehow gives me hope that my bright future is waiting for me until I graduate. I swear I will cover this song once everything is finished as a reward for having to suffer nearly a year in school >:0 I think I might add some Vietnamese lyrics as well if I can brainstorm some vocabulary :>
