This week we replace the radiator and a bunch of small things and we are finally loading it back on the Bus Nose.. Almost done with the CAT Diesel Generator rebuild!

Hahahaha, yeah I hate it, for a few years I have had them done along side of doing them myself and the pros have always made mistakes.. so now I just do them… it makes me mad though that they make the law so complex and then if something is missed YOUR the criminal. It should be income x percentage = owed

Good question, Because they are full of fluid and weigh a ton, (forklift) then we had to cross load them in and other state to his trailer so the height was better…

I for one like the projects that stay in order of completion. Too much jumping from one to another confuses this viewer, which obviously isn’t hard!!! How long did this project take start to finish? Hard to get that sense 35 minutes at a time…

It was 4ish months but I stopped for almost two months of that due to cold and worked on my basement (which I always do in the winter). Also the usual “waiting for the part to come in” time.

I am of the opinion that most fast forwarding could be edited out and save everyone's time. Too many channels do too much. Without the narration fast video is really of little value. It conveys the impression that that footage wasn't worth the narration as nothing of importance was going on. Of course there are a few circumstances where a small amount of it is of value but in most cases if it was left out the video would be more concise and flow better.

Hey Chief, No hat dude? Wow, you sure have a thick head of hair. My hair didn't fall out, it just gave up and ran!! Taxes: I had the same tax preparer from H&R Block do my taxes for 20 years. He was an American Airlines pilot and did the tax thing in his spare time in the spring. I had a good one. The IRS found an error in my taxes 6-7 years ago. My preparer accidentally transposed some digits. It result in a fine. H&R Block paid the fine, and the interest due, and submitted all the appropriate paperwork. I didn't pay a dime. That cost me $25 each year I filled. Saved me about 3 grand that year. Best 25 bucks I ever spent!! I am retired now. My broker highly recommend I set up a trust for my estate, so I did that. Now I use a CPA to do my taxes. Sure, it cost much more than H&R Block, but it is a safer way to go. This generator was a big job. I lot of details. You did well with it and you still have hair left. The $10 boat you fixed for $3000 in supplies and $5000 in labor. What's next? Engines? Facebook Market Place? Take care, Alan from NC

lol, yeah I have some hair, albeit grey as heck! Yeah I have used H&R Block for years but I always correct them with mistakes they have made, so I always do them myself… Yeah the generator was a good project, sure feels good knowing I’m not breathing exhaust! Yeah, so buffing it out, painting the bottom, flooring, more wood work… engines (ones ready) then yeah I’ll probably sell, just too big for my lake… Have a great week!
