We are looking to move on from our current destination seasonal RV. This unit checks off the many reasons I want to move on. It has a lot of counterspace and larger oven, we’re not fans of grilling outside too much hassle dragging food around. I am so thrilled that companies are putting in All linoleum floors/no carpet, a small dishwasher and they separate water dispenser. We want to get rid of our theater seats, prefer a dark theme colors & seating area because of our two puppies as well as a hugecouch because you can cuddle with them and stretch out when you want to watch TV. Love this rig offers a large TV in the living room and bedroom. Would definitely option out a half bath to get a pantry /appliance storage don’t want to clean second bathroom. Only a few faults I can find is bedside tables need to be by my side, not around the corner on the outside wall of the slide out. Two bathroom sinks are SO unnecessary would rather have the counter space and almost 60 years I’ve never had to race anyone to wash hands, would prefer the counter space instead of a sink. I am curious to know what R values for insulation is because in Ohio, we have extreme cold in spring fall and hot, hot hot in the summer. Would also like to know if the windows are double paying because of heat and very trees to shade my site. Our current RV could use better insulation some days to keep up on the AC. KUDOS! Jayco on this open floor plan and agree that it pretty much ticks off everything I need in the kitchen/ living area design, TVs and primary bathroom. Nice job on your video, how smooth you run your camera & level of detail. Please pass on any manufacturer you come in contact that most of us myself, seasonal camp neighbors, as well as friends who travel in their RVs are grateful for dark farmhouse, themes lately are so impractical white. Also, put these open, large oven, large couch plans in more affordable and their destination models. This does not work at a campground, even if you don’t have dogs or kids, it’s been a big dealbreaker for my new seasonal RV search 😊. Ps The price or non-mention a price also scares me as something that’s nice will cost more than my house. Unfortunately, I’m not inclined to pay $130,000 on something that depreciates so heavily within the first year of its life, so, my guess would be I have to keep looking after getting so excited about this model😢

That is the Jayco Pinnacle 36SSWS! It is historically our best selling Pinnacle floorplan. The slide within the slide allows enough room to have a fireplace in the bedroom and a ton of extra floor space. It is really really cool. I love this layout it’s perfect really , but I need bunker beds cause there are four of us , is there any model with this layout and bunkbeds ?, cause it’s really perfect I have been looking for a good proportion between the living room and kitchen and this got it great and the half bathroom doesn’t interrupt , beautiful full bathroom and wardrobe it’s really amazing , this in my opinion is the best layout very proportionate with the rest of the space

I really like this model a lot! The one thing I was very disappointed in was the tiny bit of space between the walls and the bed in the master bedroom. We are very serious about purchasing this year, but I always wanted to ask this question...... what can one do to prevent a thief from hooking up cables to a travel trailer in order to steal it? Also, we have been wondering if the propane tanks are dangerous? Thank you in advance.

I watched your videos on the Pinnacle and the North Point and am wondering why Jayco would be putting very outdated drum brakes on ANY trailer, let alone a 15,000+ lb. luxury fifth wheel. Did we go back to the 1970's? lol. Even with the ABS/anti-sway system I can't imagine spending roughly $150,000 and not having disc brakes. In my experience in towing my 38' Montana, my Open Range fifth wheel and horse trailers ranging from a 3 horse up to tractor trailer horse rigs pulled by a Kenworth, my disc brakes stopped me in about 50% less distance then drum brakes would. We're looking to go full time and to me this may be a deal breaker on choosing the brand or fifth wheel we purchase. Thanks in advance for your reply and explanation!

Nice but im single . Dont need a king bed . The entertainment center there no place to put DVD's the kitchen is fantastic. I love to cook . Im guessin you would need a one ton or a dual axle truck to handle the tlr.

It’s Extremely easy to swap a queen bed in there! We do it all the time for customers. I agree about the entertainment center. It’s tough to engineer all of that into the wall with the slide out running right in front of it and also the bathroom right on the other side of the wall. That’s a nice rig, but I honestly don’t see how it can sleep 8. I’m assuming that part of the sectional can be a pull out, but that’s a queen size at best. So that’s like 2 adults or maybe 3 small kids. Then the master bedroom with a king bed, which will 2 adults and a small child at max. We’re up to about 6 people. Not sure where the other 2 will be sleeping. 😅

Why do rv companies constantly keep putting the TV in the living room so high on the wall. Really, why not just put it on the ceiling. At this point your already straining your neck just to watch it. When I'm sitting watching TV I like my TV at eye level not ceiling level.

I think it depends on how you lay in the couch I always recline a little so it’s perfect for me , but it would be cool to have a rack to move the tv a little

I really love this new floor plan by Pinnacle! The only thing I'm not very fond of is the entertainment center. It's very plain and ugly and lacks the storage needed for DVD players, game systems, movies, games, etc. In addition, it would be great if that half bath could be a full bath or at least have the washer and dryer in there like similar models. I like to throw in laundry at night, but don't want to listen to it while I'm going to bed. I also would like to have more space in my closet not taken up by a washer and dryer.
