Couple add ins...If you are traveling alone don't let anyone know except your emergency contacts. You could plan to Eve say you will at least check in once a day with your emergency contact as well. If you're staying in a state park you could let the park ranger know so they can check on you. In you're first aid kit make sure to check it monthly for used or out of date supplies! Never tell Jacqueline and Dave where you are staying. They are stalkers!!! Hehe

I'm going out next spring alone. I've probably watched over 200 hrs of RV stuff and this is the first I've heard of a ditch kit. It makes total sense, it's on my list andI'm making one up before heading out. I'm nervous about doing this alone but I plan on being cautious about where I go and probably stay in the parks and no boon docking. I'm 78 and there is just to many things that could go wrong when out in the wilderness. Traveling with a club could probably remedy that situation... What say you? -keith. .

Great info. I hadn’t seen you in my feed for a few weeks. Some KZbin hiccup I presume. Glad to see you’re still at it and I’m looking forward to watching your 5th wheel video.

Great tips. I'll be traveling solo with my goldendoodle so the tip about being tight-lipped and not posting on social media were so good. What do you use to lock your surge protector and generator? I have an f-150 with a tonneau cover so hoping that will be secure enough to keep some items overnight.

Hi Barb! For our generator, we use a 15 ft. cable and a lock. That way, we can keep it far enough away from the rig when we are running it. We have been using a bike lock for our surge protector. Safe travels to you and your pup!!!
