Mike’s way is a good way, as long as he stays in a good mood. I got butterflies just watching the drive. My all time favorite show was the “Back your RV”. I have watched it a dozen times and shared it with everyone I know.

I talked to Dave Lint at Nexus and the Triumph is basically a Wraith with a lower trim level which I was absolutely interested in, but I bought a used Ghost because it was a little less money but 4 years older. One thing I just can't ever figure out is polished stone in an RV. It's very subject to cracking and coming loose from body twist and I can't imagine trying to keep it polished with all of the sand being tracked in. That doesn't even address the weight issue, like Mike said, probably around 1,000 lbs. Sorry I missed you guys at the show. Keep the good stuff coming.

Yeah I've hear about cracked floors but i would think they add something to it too give it a little more yield strength to withstand the vibrations and twisting. Either way they're still pretty to look at haha I have a feeling people with those fancy floors don't stay anywhere except concrete resorts so they might not care as much. @@WanderingWagners The Eagles we looked at were nice, the north point was nicer but honestly don't want to change my truck I like it too much and the NP is so heavy it needs a DRW I think, although I know someone who tows one with an F250. I also do not want to have to do the non commercial class A as in California the NP qualifies for one. I have been so busy remodeling stuff, like my garage in prep for a cool toy project, maybe I will send pictures once it has arrived.

I haven't really noticed that for truck campers but have for tents and pop ups, hybrids etc. I'm sure it's few and far between. Plenty of other parks to pick from if that's the case! 😁

They do better than we thought they would. They are continental HSR2 sa's. They're an all position tire and we have been looking into getting actually drive tires instead but just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I would probably use the cabinets in the half bath as the pantry. You wouldn't need anything else in there because the full bath in the back has storage for the bath items. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of overhead storage so you'd have to pack lighter in there too

Snow storm did not look like fun to drive in. Used to tent camp in winter, we had a little wood stove, cots that would set up as bunks and it was not so bad. Do not think I would enjoy it as much now.

It was really great seeing you guys in the Triumph display area & thanks for the advice about the chassis additions like exhaust brakes & liquid springs. We kept going back & forth between the Wraith & Triumph displays. We saw Dave Middleton from the factory and quizzed him about the differences, basically, he said the Only difference is Lazy Days sells one and General RV in FL sells the other! I loved that answer as basically, they changed the basic mission of Triumph to sell more quality products. We still didn't buy either yet, but want to get the floorplan that can allow us to change the chair by the door into a computer desk so the wife can do her camp host money counting at the dinette without me getting in the way. Since we had to put our Beagle down in December, we haven't got another puppy yet until we can move into a larger coach as this 23 ft Lance Travel Trailer has been a little tight with the three of us in several hail storms out west, LOL. It seems they have upgraded the triumph over the past couple years to be more like the Wraith but haven't given the Wraith any love which is disappointing. We like the 32 floorplan to remove the chair but we really love having the washer/dryer

@@WanderingWagners yeah, we really like the W/D build areas features, but she is not at all liking that split kitchen at all. I personally thing the extra closet to the left of the W/D makes up for it, but now the trick is to make it her idea, lol.

@@WanderingWagners I think I know why. On the Triumph, you have Matt and Andrea reviewing them for their audiences on a monthly basis which also gets dozens of comments from guests and owners. Then you have Lazy Days in FL which sells a ton of Wraith models, we test drove a used 2017 33W once, but it sold the next day. Lazy Days doesn't make review videos to the extent or quantity that General RV does. So when Claude and Dave are collecting suggestions for their improvements they take the most readily available ideas. They did listen to you in the past, but Matt's crew continues to review every Nexus they can get their hands on, LOL.

I have a question 🙋🏻‍♀️. Can you take your super C with your tow on the Miller ferry to Put in Bay etc? I remember you took your Airstream on the ferry. I’m thinking of going with a class C because my older cat fights with me going back and forth truck to trailer

Yes you absolutely can take a super c on both the Miller ferry to PIB and the Kelley's islands ferry. Semis go over everyday as well. They charge by the foot typically.

The snow we went through was in Tennessee, our home base in Ohio recently got 12" though!! We didn't see many renegades at the show but that's because we looked at several in Hershey so we tried to look at different things in Tampa. Renegade makes great coaches though! The ikon on the international Lonestar is my dream rig!

Great video again guys - Love the channel - One question, we are looking at the Accolade or Seneca 37k floorplan. We were thinking for us to take out the 1/2 bath and making it into a walk in closet / pantry space - Any thoughts? Also, when we started doing our homework, we loved Nexxus, but really hate the TV placement and small shower. Have you heard anything if they were going to change these or it is what it is? - Thanks guys!

If you don't need the bathroom I think it would make an AMAZING pantry/storage area! I say go for it👏🏻🎉 The TV placement in ours isn't great but at the time it was pretty much the only tv placements in super C's. They were all not great. Today they are much better! We might re-do our living space and move the TV placement. We have never remodeled a RV so we might do something new (eventually). We don't think the shower we have is small though. It's pretty standard imo. Bigger than the airstream we had and we figure you're in the shower for minutes a day so no need to take up living space

How do you keep the storage tanks from freezing? Do you have to keep the DEF from freezing as well? Does your furnace keep the interior of the rig warm when it's that cold outside?

Yes we still have and use the space heater in the dump bay. The dump bay is also where the gray and black tanks are. The fresh is under our bed, inside the coach. Almost all of the water lines are inside as well. I'm sure the Def freezes but we've never had a problem with it. We run almost exclusively electric heat and furnace only kicks on when it's super cold like 0 and lower. The electric space heaters do a great job!

Great video guys. Question for you both, if you had a chance to buy another Super C, which would you buy? (Reasonable price...nothing over 250k) I'm torn with a Nexus top front windshield or a 4 wheel drive RV. Oh and get Mike the chocolate whipped cream...he's working hard on those burgers! :)

Nothing over 250 really narrows the playing field haha We really like our Wraith and given the options you listed we'd get a Wraith but it meets our needs/wants and we can change out other things cheaper than upgrading the coach
