Love the no experience comments. First, the 10 year rule is because of other brands. You call any place that has that rule and say, I have an 06 American Eagle and you will be fine. Maybe they want a picture, but people I know with 02 to 09 coaches at this level have no issue. What they don't want is those faded fiberglass gas coaches of the time, they just don't look the part for their park. I think kind of stupid to not let most they reject in, but their park, their rules and this RV will get you into any you like, its an American Eagle. No comparison. I see so many complaints on the price. Google it. There are other 40' units on market for more money than this. Price is fair to market. To prove the point, this RV video was posted as I write this 7 days ago. Checked their website and well, looks like it sold. These sell quick when priced right, $95k ask is decent starting point for this unit, but calling it wholesale might be a far stretch. His hair, who really cares. I consider people on their honesty and respectfulness as a starter. Short, tall, fat, skinny, color of skin, hair all not important. He is clean at least, not the case with all used RV sales folks. Not sure of who he really is, but I won't judge is the point. Noted, you forget to edit the roof into this video! Probably fair to say, congrats to the new owner of this beautiful unit.

Tufted. That really cool look on the couch is called button tufted. Tufts are puffy pleats and these are held in place with a button. Sometimes it's not in the center, but around the edges, called edge tufted of course.

Gorgeous coach! It probably is a creampuff, but still over ten years old. Perfectly great for a more stationary or short trip RV lifestyle. You are a well-prepared and natural salesman, certainly in the top 5%. I enjoyed your delivery!

The quality of that coach is so much better than most coaches made today. I would much rather have a older Foretravel or this Eagle than a Thor made today.

Nothing is "Very" unique. Unique means singular. It is the word used to explain each thing. You can not have a very or very very uniqueness. A thing is unique or there are two of them. This unit is uniquely painted. It is not very unique. I know you are a young man - But - you are more than that. You have shown yourself to be 'appreciative' [I give your father credit for that] and that is getting rare in today's world. Demonstrating a sense of gratitude - is the only reason, I posted here today. I would not have bothered if you acted smug or pompous.

The talent is cut off at the edge of the video. Simply stepping backwards with the camera would allow your talent and your subject to be visible while he's talking to the viewer. This same mistake is made several times throughout the video. Additionally, Stepping in toward the item of focus would also be a good idea.

I've always wanted an Eagle. If I win the lottery, I'll get one. But to shell out $100 K and then be turned away from a campground because your coach is too old (10 yr limit many places) would be a deal breaker.

Those "campgrounds" or Motorcoach resorts are almost rare or none now, they were around before 2008! They will take this coach anyday. There are resort type campgrounds that still will NOT take any towables.. Thanks for watching our videos.

Pretty coach - but in my personal opinion, only someone with too much money and not enough common sense would pay $95K for a 13 year old rig. I'd be far more likely to pay $150K for the fully decked out 2014 Thor I saw at the Tampa show earlier this year.

Charles Tabarracci from various RV forums there were issues with several CAT series, to the point builders either stopped ordering them, or the public shunned them enough that RV’s with a CAT engine had their resale values affected by the presence of a CAT engine. CAT makes some fabulous engines used in commercial applications, but their use in RV’s did not work out well. For every RV owner with a CAT engine who has had no problems there are dozens of others who reported very expensive repairs. I suspect some of the issues came from the usage. Plus being stuffed in tight confines often behind a rear radiator. Your mileage may vary, but google CAT engines problems in RV’s and a whole lot of info will come up.

I think you did a great job showing this coach. I will have to agree that in your video you do say “check this out” too many times. I appreciate your enthusiasm and I like how you point out the flaws along with the positives. Most people who comment on these vids just look for all the negatives. This coach may be priced too high but that would just give you more reason to haggle a lower price. I would be extremely upset if I owned this coach and not allowed in an RV park. Totally ridiculous in my opinion.

Ok...#1 - boy - you need a haircut! Find yourself a good barber/hairdresser! #2 No one,in their right mind, is going to pay (or borrow) $95K for a 13 year old motor-home!! Granted,it's beautiful and was very well cared for by previous owner/s but your price tag is, at least, $10K to $20K more than it should be....in my opinion.

Personally, I think they're asking wayyyy too much for it but I'm sure the "right" someone will come along and buy it if they can get the financing! As far as the kid's hair, I sure as hell wasn't "bullying" him (some people as much too "thin skinned")!! I still say he needs a haircut! Haha! You're right. If you were serious about this, then you might have started with an offer of $80K. I doubt they would take that, but they might. And I think you would be silly to finance this in the first place, unless you were really using it for work, which seems unlikely. I think this is for someone that was in the market to buy a winter house in Florida, but knew they would get bored with that quickly.

Maybe you should go back to CA. We learned a few things about this young man here, such as, he's a traditionalist that respects the old schools. Honest and fun too, as indicated by the hot blonde girlfriend. I'm sure dad is very proud, even if he is counting the days until the boy finally gets a haircut. The fact that he hasn't permanently marked himself up with the passing fads of youth means that his judgement is good enough that I could do business with him. Also, it's called a motorhome, not an enginehome. Motor is a perfectly correct term for the machine that powers a motor vehicle.
