Would love to have one but I just have one question for anybody connected with the manufacturer(s)and brave enough to answer... they look rocksolid quality materials quality workmanship, so... Why are the manufacturers afraid to back them up with a warranty appropriate for off road use? Why is the Palomino Pause covered by a blanket forest river towable warranty that excludes "road conditions" and full-time living? If I came from TN to Colorado, Utah or Wyoming, I'm going to be there at least 90 days living in it. Why does imperial outdoors have the same exclusion along with a specific statement that says all warranty work must be accomplished by or schedule through the selling dealer? Your selling dealer would then have to call the closest dealer to wherever you are, beg them to do the work and hope that they will agree, pay that dealer for the work and then try to get reimbursed from the manufacturer, I can see how well that will go and how long the dealer close to you is going to take an what priority you're going to get... I really do want one of these units but I don't want to be left out in the cold after I purchase it. It just seems to me like we've got a great new product hitting the market in all these units but yet the manufacturers want to hold onto the old RV industry ways of treating customers and making warranties difficult and exclusionary. If they're great products great quality great material and built to do the things that ROA does with them, then back it up with the warranty that states that...

Another amazing one. Just so you know, i love the power wagon too. It is the most appropriate truck for offroad trailers 🙂. The idea of using the product prior to selling makes so much sense but other dealers don't realize this for some reason. Thank you again guyz

Time to open a dealership in Nacogdoches TX. They have RV centers here but 0 Offroad teardrops and small teardrops trailers. Offroad teardrops trailers would be great. Dealership here would be cool ....

Do you guys use/offer/recommend weight distribution hitches? Or am I missing something? Or would you recommend something like Timbren SES to eliminate squat on say a Ford F-150? What trucks DO you recommend for, say normal not extreme use of a Roamer One?

We do have some WD hitches that we can install or recommend. It is depending on the situation. Your truck and the trailer combo. If you don’t have a truck and trying to figure out both. Reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you with more details. ROAMER 1 will work great with a F150

The only "Experience" we had at the Center, was being stood up after flying in from Denver! No go zone. Unreal. My wife and I set an appointment up with Fabio to look at off-road trailers. When we arrived, a very nice woman was incredibly surprised at our presence. She was apparently the only person there.... She tried to help us after attempting to contact someone from sales, explaining that she was not a salesperson and was not super knowledgeable about the inventory. She did a great job trying to cover for the obvious business faux pas... but did not quite have the knowledge we had made the appointment 2 weeks in advance for. We would not have been so put off by the experience, if it hadn't been for the time and expense we went through to fly in from Denver. Fabio tried texting me that he had merely taken an early lunch to be ready for us... why, then, did no one know this? If I had a potential client flying in from a different state to do business, I certainly would make it a priority to make sure all went smoothly.... Not at all impressed. If this is what can be expected in terms of "Customer Care," we will be buying elsewhere.
