Doing donuts with an RV… why not?? It made a loud noise when we hit the rock. I was glad nothing broke. Loved driving in this adventure!! ❤

Well guys you know me an addmitted mountain hippe. This has to be the opposite of " tread lightly and leave no trace" Those tire tracks in wet desert soil don't fade away overnight. I can see eyes rolling and in the large spectrum maybe not a big deal to your roamers but it just makes me cringe a bit. Maybe if Nascar racing your trailers is considered testing you could do it at the Lindon lot 😉

OMGGGG!!! Watching you guys travel that mountain cliff canyon drop off road!!! HOLY ORIFICE CLENCH BATMAN!! I have PTSD from roads like that! I went horse camping WAY up in the mountains of Montana with my Aunt when I was around 13. We were traveling up a road very similar to what you showed. Mountain on one side, massive canyon cliff on the other. Single wide dirt road. CRAZY hairpin turns. The road we were on had recently been graded (we could see him a few miles up the mountain) and there was a massive windrow of dirt on the mountain side of the road, which pushed our vehicles even FURTHER out toward the cliff side. Now enter a massive hairpin corner to the right. Horse trailer tire went off the edge, soft bank gave way. Trailer starts to tilt. And tilt.. AND TILT! Hard steer to driver and full stop. Trailer hitch completely bending. Trailer in danger of completely coming loose and careening down the mountain with 2 horses inside. Horses panicking, people panicking. Because we were so close to the edge, I couldn't even get out. I looked out my window and all I can see is AIR! Had to climb out driver side. We dare not move an inch or we were gonna lose the trailer completely. We managed to get the horses calmed down slightly. Luckily we radio'd a mayday to the grader up the road. He came and was able to OH SO GENTLY winch our truck forward enough where we could manage to get the horses out. No one got un-alived that day, but the horses were pretty cut up from standing on each other. It was a LOOONG time before I could go up another road like that!!! You guys are bad asses!! #MajorProps I can't wait to get our MDC!!! =D

It snowed. It was cold. But no discussion about cold weather camping in those rigs. What low temp range are they rated for? Super cool rigs.
@ROAOffRoad9 ай бұрын
They are not 4 seasons, the coldest it got was about 28 degrees Fahrenheit and we didn’t encounter any issues, and the trailers kept nice and warm

We will call that the Shane rodeo test. Perhaps you should test all your trailers like that.

Helping a guy decide on off road trailer. Reading reviews on the Tucson electronic sway assist. Lots of reviews that are positive but all admit they have never felt it kick in. To scary to test. Seem it's designed for high speed freeway use. Is a system like this even needed of road. In fact you mentioned it kicking in. Could the system have caused the near roll over? Should it be turned off when off road.
@ROAOffRoad8 ай бұрын
It turns off while off roading. It is automatic. Only turns on at high speeds
