Though i feel for individuals..but it is a fact that many people misuse the system..the application are cooked up and they dont face prosecution at home ..i know of familiies who came here on visit visa . Then applied for asylum ( fake application..there was nothing wrong at home but the lady did not have language skills or other special skills to stay here under any type of work visa ..she and her 2 kids applied for asylum ..they were given settled status back in 2014 or 2015 when UK government approved many applications for settlement to reduce the refugee burden so that these people could work ..she applied for state benefits later on ..imagine someone working her and not being able to save because they are paying taxes and affirding everything on their own including child school meals and child care and then someone who uses these fraudulent menthods to gain benefits from government which is running on your tax money ..she was given house . Money . Worked on cash at hand in addition to benefits money when she was an asylem claimant ..she managed to buy an expensive plot back home ..and even now she is claiming benefits ...This is saving for UK in the long run ..the provision of asylum has been misused 99 % of the time ..the genuine asylum seekers will be only 1% ..rest are all those who can not come to UK by legal means but desire life and benefits here ..this is a fact ...ye wo log hotay hain jin ka inkay apnay mulk main bhe economically bora hall hota hay ..wo benfits ki laluch main he idhar aatay hain ..
