These people think they can change the culture of a country like that! As if the past won't affect the people. Rwanda has gone through a lot of atrocities. For the country to recuperate, it will take years of rebuilding. To be honest, it will also take establishing hard rules, which is not easily done. But President Kagame is doing that, and I understand why some people don't agree with him. But Kagame is the hand of steal Rwanda needs to get things moving in the right direction, and keep them that way for the long term
