I avoided watching this one due to coming to hate this song (it was literally everywhere when it came out and I got absolutely sick of it), but man, of course you find a way to match it with visuals that render it palatable for me. It is a perfect pairing for Cinder’s story and perfectly emphasizes her delusions and lust for power, that she’s just living a fantasy and does not care about the consequences. A belated congratulations are in order.

The tragedy of Cinder is that she got the idea early on that power meant freedom and Salem nurtured that, but the more powerful she gets the less free she becomes. If she wants to be free she has to remove the Grimm arm, but she never will because she’s too terrified of being powerless again.

its amazing how you're still producing quality content years after you started! honestly i've gotten more feels watching some of your amvs than i did watching rwby. I have to say, with this video your timing was just perfect with how long u held or cut away from scenes. for me, 1:37 to 1:43 was my personal favorite in terms of the editing

Even with Cinder's backstory, she's unsympathetic because of the cruelty she's come to embody. Hers is a tragic story of someone who started out with good intentions, but lost herself along the way.

To think, if Salem hadn’t corrupted her cinder could be an avenging angel striking fear into the rich and powerful everywhere, a guardian for the downtrodden and forgotten, And of course every time I see cinders backstory it reminds be why I don’t view atlas falling as a tragedy Loosing mantle was a tragedy, loosing atlas was a gift to the world at large

First of all, thank you for your kind words! 💕 “Legends Never Die” is such an iconic AMV song that I’m sure I would have to first watch everyone else’s versions to make sure I’ve got a unique take worth contributing.
