I would've thought "It's my Turn" would also be a Weiss leitmotif, but the only time outside of V3E1 (where it's played with lyrics) that I can think of is the party after Weiss sang "This Life is Mine" in V4.

You would be correct. There's a couple other times that maybe features It's My Turn, but they're very short (and one of them isn't even in the soundtrack). Also, we technically do kind of have a lot of It's My Turn in the score, as Jacques' theme is based directly on it!
