Ok but where is rising acoustic?? I cannot believe that the best song in acoustic version is nowhere to be found on the internet. It literally played at the end of one of the episodes where the grimm reaper tells qrow that he underestimated the kids. It was so beautiful and yet nowhere to be heard online

Did you check the soundtrack album which should contain the ambient OST from each episode? If its a purely instrumental version then its probably composed specifically for the episode, and you could try to find it on there (each entire episode's OST is compiled as one track on the album, named for each episode.)
