Anyway killing a faunas definitely brought him way lower, if he does other things to get himself as "uncontrollable maniac" by Salem THEN he'll hit rock bottom, worse than Tyrian (which says a lot). Weiss is like a Swiss army knife. Her vanilla Glyphs alone do a lot, she can even infuse them dust. She can freeze, burn, blow, gravitate, increase speed and apparently apply limited time dilation. Summoning itself is almost broken. If Winter is any indication there doesn't seem to be an upper limit to what or how many she can summon.

Some compared Adam’s assertion to Magneto’s point about mutants > humans. After all, Faunus kinda are humans+. They have night vision and animal traits as extras to weapons and Semblances. The Seer (jellyfish) was actually featured in Vol 4, Ch 3.

I find Hazel's reaction to Adam's coup interesting. Especially given his restatement that he didn't wish for death, even though the only ones who heard him were allies. It makes me wonder if he's being forced into Salem's service, or is normally peaceful, but somehow thinks Salem's plan for the world is better in the long run.

I liked Sienna's philosophy, she's not against using violence when it's justifiable, such as against those who have wronged the faunas people like Weiss' father and the Schnee Dust Company in general (Although murder is a step too far and we know because of what Weiss says in Vol 1 that murders did occur under her leadership). But she's wasn't for the slaughter of innocents or wanton destruction, she's was more aggressive in her pursuit of equality than Blake's father was but equality and respect was still the ultimate aim. Adam just wants domination and bloodshed. From what we've been told, the faunas have been subjugated and treated horribly to various degrees depending on location (Eg: Atlas is generally more prejudiced than Vale) but while the faunas have been treated like second class citizens and even slaves in extreme cases, since the war ended they haven't been murdered in cold blood as Adam intends against humanity.

Volume 4 sees Blake and Qrow explain that Menagerie was given to the Faunus as an 'apology', but actually served to push them out of the four kingdoms and onto a small useless island. In Blake's character short, Ilia tells the story of her parents dying in a horrible dust mine disaster, and her human classmates in Atlas snickering. In one of the World of Remnant shorts it is specifically mentioned that faunus worked as slaves in Schnee Dust Company's mines. And, not really a spoiler, later in Volume 5 you see a "No Faunus" sign next to a door.

The sentry Salem used to speak with Leo, is called a Seer Grimm. Also gravity dust was what Ruby used in V3 when he jumped off the Atlas Capital Ship and rode her scythe like a pogo stick to propel herself upward.

I thought it was confirmed that she used gravity dust for that. I'll go look for it now, but the CRWBY did say so. Tbh, I don't like it. Momentum used in fights should the the momentum used in fights. Specific rounds should have flashback with a specific color the convey what kind of dust. They also shouldn't clarify something that is a perfectly good reason, like momentum, into something else they didn't have the ability to animate, like muzzle flash from dust rounds. Sorry, that was a lot saltier then I meant it to sound. I'm getting of the soapbox now.

Gravity dust was first used by Ruby Rose in her trailer, it was the second magazine that she loaded into her scythe before launching herself at the final group of beowulf grimm. The ammunition was also used in RWBY Chibi and launched her backwards when fired. Just thought I would add a note. :)

She doesn't technically collect every Grimm she kills. Winter said to think back to her fallen foes and specifically the ones that pushed her to become who she is now. If we think about the two things she's summoned it makes sense. The Armor she fought in the trailer forced her to work harder than ever and we can always see the mark it left on her life (scar). The Boarbatusk showed Weiss that she can''t always take a head first approach and must look for openings she can exploit.

*FunFact List* 1. The voice of Qrow, Vic Mignogna, is a Christian. Of course, that is most likely not the reason Qrow wears a cross. RWBY may be an American product, but it is inspired by anime; and in Japan, crosses are mostly a "Fashion Statement", which makes sense with only 2% of the population being Christians. 2. The voice actress for Winter is actually Urbosa from Breath of the Wild. 3. The voice of Yang actually voiced one of the Hungry Wolf Knights, Cosmos, in Fairy Tail 2014. *From this point onwards, I will be talking about references, some of which are speculative.* 4. I know you most likely already know this, but a lot of characters from the Wizard of Oz have been introduced. Salem: the Wicked Witch of the West, Glynda Goodwitch: The Good Witch of the North, Ozpin and Oscar: The Wizard of Oz, Qrow: The Scare Crow, General James Ironwood: The Tin Woodsman, Leonardo Lionheart: The Cowardly Lion (may also be a reference to King Richard), and Zwei: Toto (His name means Two, and ToTo sounds a bit like Two Two [or Tutu]). I theorize that while Ruby Rose mainly references Little Red Riding Hood and The Grim Reaper, she is also slightly a reference to Dorthy (since she was the one who brought him along in her backpack on the Job Shadowing Field Trip). 5. Raven and the Nevermore Grimm is most likely a reference to Edgar Allen Poe's The Raven. (Either that or Raven from Teen Titans 2003 cartoon.) 6. The Beowulf is most likely a reference to the poem by the same name. 7. The Geist is a reference to the Poltergeist ghost. It may be a reference to the movie with the same name, or it may just be referencing the creature from folklore and fiction. 8.The Seer is most likely a reference to the crystal ball used by fortune tellers which is sometimes used for scrying. 9. The Ursa is most likely a reference to Ursa Minor and Ursa Major, and the first volume actually referenced the Three Bears from the Goldilocks story. Specifically when in the forest and Yang fought three Ursa with one being defeated by Blake. 10: The King Taijitu is obviously a reference to Yin and Yang, which sometimes has the same name (without the "king" part). Volume One actually talked about the concept of it when Pyrrha explained Grimm vs Humans. Of course they also referenced the science of darkness being the absence of light when saying that Humans are the light who have a soul and the Grimm are the darkness who have no soul. It may also be a reference to the snake from The Jungle Book who tried to hypnotize Mowgli. 11: The Beringel (the gorilla Grimm from the Ruby Character Short) might be a reference to Tarzan, since he was raised by gorillas and his "father" was hostile towards him. 12: The Goliath Grimm could be a reference to the story from the Bible. They could also reference the elephants from The Jungle Book, since Mowgli was almost crushed by a herd of them, and they were hostile to him. *The following are personal funfacts or simple opinions or predictions.* 13. Ruby Rose is currently my number one favorite, but all Weiss needs is two more scenes of character development to boost her up to number one from her position at number 2. (How I rank characters: Every member of Team RWBY get an extra point for being the main protagonist and another extra point for having the first letter of their name in the title. Ruby Rose gets one more point after that for being the title character. The members of Team Juniper get one extra point just for being the secondary set of protagonist. These points grant them the authority to bypass every other character in the show that I have included on my list. Of course, bisexuality may be a possibility with Jaune, but for the same reasons mentioned above I doubt it will happen. (I will not move past 16 this time. I very much disagree with Calvin that fear is a form of respect. You can fear someone and completely not respect them. You can 100% not respect your abuser and hate them but still cower and be obedient out of fear for your life.

Nobody gonna comment how the people from those two ships plus the pilot to the one Weiss was in probably all died? Plus Sienna being killed just a few minutes after her first appearance. No one? Okay. Cuz, like, RT is kinda getting really carried away with killing off characters from the show.

they should react to dead fantasy. its the first video that was made by the creator of rwby. fights are way more crazy than this series.
