Ruby's semblance has been like that. In the volume 4 short she split into three groups of petals to shoot up and around the beowolf that was throwing bricks at her from the steeple. She then re-materialized and shot the grimm from behind. She has been able to do this since Volume 4.

I saw the Renora dialogue about Blake and Yang more as a kind of projection of their relationship rather then them actually just talking about their two friends. If that's the case I would say Nora is Yang and Ren is Blake.

I'm sure it's just an overlook and I'm sure Robin doesnt view things that way but the way it's worded here makes it sound like Robin doesn't see Faunus as citizens.

Robin played the race card because Marrow is a Faunus that worked hard and climbed his way to the top on his own. Robin obviously wasn't trying to be offensive but here she sees a Faunus that knows about the oppression going on and still doesn't support her narrative. She believes that bending the rules is necessary for change and Marrow is living proof that it isn't and this makes her slightly angry

Going off topic for a sec. Yesterday I was watching Animal Farm, and I was thinking to myself, why couldn't they have a pig faunus that alludes to Napoleon sitting at Salem's council? Unless of course Salem *did* have such an affiliate at her disposal at one point, and has since been "taken care off" one way or another. Either that or he's currently conducting her affairs in Vacuo, along with two equine faunus that allude to Boxer and Benjamin.

That’s some quality ideas right there, Shaun, especially the Napoleon based pig Faunus working for Salem in Vacuo. He also has his own personal troop of dog Faunus whom have been raised since childhood till kill on his command. The “Boxer” character can be loyal, big hearted and extremely strong but quite simple and narrow minded. (Napoleon has convinced him that he is doing the right thing.) The “Benjamin” character can be quiet and cynical yet tenacious and smart. (He doesn’t care about Napoleons goals or outcomes, he just cares about the well being of himself and Boxer.) I also have ideas for some trouble makers in Shade Academy whom were held back from the Vytal Festival due to their disregard for the well-being of others and everyone that’s not them. Characters: Shade has a team based on characters form Alice in Wonderland: Charismatic and flamboyant team leader with a love for hats and different types of tea, often acts like a joke character but is an absolute monster in combat. Semblance is the ability to drain the enemy, Grimm, Faunus and Human of their Sanity.eg. Grimm attacks one of their own in an insanity induced rage. (Mad Hatter) Sly, grinning cat Faunus who loves to troll people. Semblance is the ability to enter and exit their own dimension, essentially disappearing and reappearing in and out of combat. (Cheshire Cat) Big and quiet Bunny Faunus that is the Mad Hatter characters best friend. Is often the Hatter characters confidant and partner in crime, much to their chagrin. Semblance is the ability to slowly build up strength towards the month of March. During the Month of March, said characters strength,endurance and durability reaches its peak, achieving Hulk level strength, endurance and durability. However, the character looses control of their mind and actions in the last days of the month of March. Strength resets when March ends. (The March Hare) Small and sleepy Mouse Faunus that is always in a constant state of slumber, yet is still capable of minor movements such as writing (does exams while asleep, somehow passes.) Hardly ever talks and is often carried or dragged around by teammates. Semblance is called, Awakened Beast, where whenever the mouse Faunus is woken up, the Mouse Faunus will fly into an almost unstoppable rage, with vicious super strength and heightened reflexes. Is capable of tearing through hordes of Grimm (and people) with ease. (The Door Mouse)

​@@gdaymaster8499 In re-watching (.25 speed) Fiona's aura was removed, and she received a gash. Tyrian's eyes turned purple, but he did not use his stinger. His hands were just hands, no claws or anything sharp. Nothing to emit poison into/onto Fiona. She maybe hurt, but not poisoned.

Weiss when she saw Blake and Yang" I'm outta here get a room you two". Renora was already canon since the end of v4 I feel like the kiss was uncalled for. They could have save it for a better time. Not a good episode but the next one makes up for it. I think Ren is trying to enhance his semblance. If he can mask emotions maybe he's trying to mask his own emotions. I think that's the reason why he was so distant from Nora.

The kiss wasn't uncalled for. Yes, they were canon since the end of v4, but since then there has barely been any realy interactions between them and now since their arrival at Atlas, Ren has distanced himself more from Nora. As he said, he's not good with talking, and Nora understandably felt that it was weird for him to make a move on her at v4 and then immediately put some distance between them. Nah, the kiss wasn't uncalled for; it was sorely needed for them to finally get their feelings across properly instead of dancing around it.
