My favorite part for Little was what he didn't say. In the tea party as Ruby was reaching the edge, he attacks the cat. And in that moment, he answers the question. What are you, Ruby? Answer, you are the person who inspires others to face their greatest fears. That is what Ruby IS! Little knew that.

As cute as Little was, they didn’t really contribute much to the season. They weren’t very helpful besides a few instances and they didn’t build a relationship with anyone besides Ruby. Even then, that wasn’t much as Little spent most the season sleeping on her shoulder and the last thing Ruby said to them was to go away. The ending with RWBY and Ascended Little (Somewhat) just didn’t feel earned.
