I do believe the choice of subtle inflection and care of volume use is excellent from the VAs. The risk with, for example Ruby, is to play it one aspect (hyper) to 11 and diminish others. Instead it is delivered with consideration. Very well done.

I actually have a shirt that says that. I've heard the expression before but we felt it would be true to Ruby's character. Personally I'm really competitive with games so there was some inspiration drawn from that to a degree. Funny enough we wrote that Ruby would have this record for losing her cool with games and end up throwing her scroll. The episode of vol 6 just before Christmas Ruby gets upset and throws her scroll.
