idfk I like the fact that actually sounds like someone regaling the story a few years later. I like that he doesn't try to do the goat-man's voice. Because I hear it in my mind's ear but whenever someone tries to use editing software to make the voice it just doesn sound right

Technically speaking this is a dogman story, the writer got it wrong. Goatman is more butcher you than torment you.
