RX 580 + Ryzen 5 2600X: Test in 20 Games - RX 580 Gaming in 2024

I have this setup - from around 5~6 years ago, still working fine for me, but I only play "light" games (League of Legends, Valorant, CSGO2, GTA V). I've been thinking about upgrading, to start playing other games and in a higher quality. Reality is that I only play casually now, most of my energy goes into working or social life, so an upgrade is not really worth 😅

When using the latest drivers, the video card has very rarely exceeded the consumption limit of 160w, previously it could easily raise the consumption level to 175w ! It seems to me that AMD is deliberately slowing down this series of graphics cards!

Yeah or maybe using fsr instead of native does that I remember It used to consume 180w while playing gears of war 5 and temperatures were high asf But now it barely ever goes to 150 and mostly uses less than 130w but I mostly use fsr so I'm not sure

@@qamararfin7534 That's what I'm talking about! I have a power consumption of 178w indicated in the Bios of the video card! It used to be about the same in the area of 175w ! Now the average is 135 w and very rarely there are short-term rises to +/- 160w!
