I have this combo, personally as a guy that spent 12 years of his life playing on a pc that could barely run Roblox its more than enough for me, I just have really high hopes that this combo will be enough to run marvels spider man 2 when it will come out on pc

Me too I actually build my pc 5600gt new and rx6600xt used. I'm 35 so i think I'll build one. I have also xbox s. I will play on it in world of tanks. Ryzen 5600gt, rx 6600xt, crucial p3 1tb, 16gb ram 3200mhz, PSU 750w plus bronze, Mobo b450m, case aerocool cs107. I wonder about 1660 super because i think it will be enough for me but i invest some more money. Everything it will be around 500euro. I think this set up will stick with me a long time. I'm growing up or amd duron 900mhz then a long time i didn't have anything good pc or Xbox. How old are you what are you doing on your PC. I want to play one game and watching movies. What games do you recommend that there are no on consoles? I have time on weekend to play.

@@NagiFF-wm6ne Yes, you can play almost all of the actual games in high quality, but if you can I recommend to buy the rx7600xt or the 4060

@@NagiFF-wm6ne oops sorry I didnt get any notifications about this comment, I mean the combo is doing alright tbh, with more and more games coming out with fsr 3.0-3.1 frame generation it really can get some good frames with good image quality, my only problem is that my games slutter a lot sometimes and like the guy said if you are less on a budget you can buy rtx 4060 or the amd card he mentioned, as for the motherboard its asus b450 prime if I remember correctly

Pls correct me if I am wrong But bro I am confused like why buy b550( pcie 4) with a 5600g which is a pcie 3 and even when I add a gpu in future as I have 5600g it would still run on pcie 3. So that b550's pcie 4 would be useless I guess.

​@@SaM-is9txIf you pair GPU like rx 6600 or rtx 3060 then the motherboard will provide an extra edge of performance and also the modern SSD supports pcie 4.0...so buying b550 would be better in terms of GPU upgrade and to get the full potential of SSD

Hi, one question, does somebody with the same combo have problems wirh gpu usage? I recently got the same combo (also a PSU of 550w and 16g of RAM) and for reason y cannot squeeze the 99% gpu usage in games like elden ring. This combo is a beast in any other game but for some reason I just cannot get it to work at 99% usage

Combo is good, but not optimal. You may expect to run any game just fine with these two, at 60 FPS, at medium resolution (that being not 4k or 2k), possibly Medium to High (non ultra). The reason is that the processor Ryzen 5 5600G (and the GT) is not the best processor to this Dedicated GPU. R5 5600G and GT are meant to be picked for their integrated graphics card, the Vega 7. If you plan to grab a dedicated GPU lile this RX 6600, consider another processor, maybe a Ryzen 7 or the Ryzen 5 5600X. Of course, this configuration is not bad, and if you have Ryzen 5 5600G and want a dedicated GPU, either this or the GTX 3060 is fine for you, maybe even 6600XT.

yes stock cooler, with good thermal paste, ambient might be around 30ish

Personally, I set the IGPU to auto so that I have an immediate back up once my main GPU dies. I also didn't delete any of the drivers since I do have a 5600g which I didn't think would interfere with an AMD GPU. I just installed the latest drivers and from what I remember, AMD informs you that they clear out the past drivers when installing a new driver
