what i love so much about Van as a front man is he is not like the typical front man that puts on the mysterious act. he's so down to earth and genuinely loves a good chat and on top of that all he is so charismatic

He's so funny and chilled out in conversation, but when he starts singing, it's wicked intense and raspy. I really like it, it's really genuine. I don't have a favorite song, I adore them all. Top 3 from The Balcony would probably be Kathleen, Rango and Hourglass..from The Ride, it's Twice. I just love that song more than anything.
