I’ve been looking for a video with this information for along time. Thank you.

Installed one of these several years ago. Several of the bars stopped lighting up soon after installation. Total hours indicated much higher than actual use. No way to reset total hours when new batteries are installed. Percent of charge and battery voltage are all I can use it for, but that gives me an idea of battery health.

And that button needs a 1/2" hole. Oh, and it's just a simple push-to-hold switch - no need to worry about any polarity.

What is the max % of charge your RXV is showing with it? My cart builder added this to ours in March, and the max we see after an overnight charge is 88%. Others he’s used this on shows similar.

I like this meter but I wonder if it can be installed on a club-car??
@EluderRacing Жыл бұрын
in the video you show this as prewired and plug and play. I purchased this with the link you provided it came with nothing but a gauge and some cheap but connectors and no diagram or instructions. reached out to the seller questioned the fact that it was not plug and play like advertised got no help other then a partial refund very disappointed plug and play means plug and play.

Just installed on my cart and it reads 52.8v is showing only 74% and I have normal ezgo charger for the 48v. I check all batteries with multi-meter and all are correct with charge. Any help on the percentage?

Will this work ok on a 2010 EZ-GO RXV 48v in place of the stock analog gauge ?
@BetterPlayGolf4 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can replace the stock gauge with this as it utilizes the same wiring.

I have this gauge but not the plug and play harness. Does anyone know how to splice it into the old analog harness? I have it kinda working but it's only reading 12v instead of the 48-50.

Chinese junk wasted $79.00 got a gauge and some cheap connectors with no instructions or diagram reached out to seller got a partial refund and was told they are a 3rd party seller and didn't offer any kind of support. total waste of money still sitting in the box who wants to butcher up there factory harness and try to figure out how to wire something without so much as a diagram. id really like to know how they got this all prewired and ready to go very miss leading video

Mine also @52.8v is showing only 90% charged. I have charged with normal 48v cart charger and individually with 12v charger. All batteries are within .3v of each other and still can't get battery meter to read 100%.

This appears to be the same unit found in Ryobi electric lawn riding mowers. A service shop who works on Ryobi might find Homelite 994965001

The video is useless without a supplier name and part number and telling you where to buy.
