I love how this video represents the stages you go through when you let someone go. The mental breakdown, grief, calmness, a sense of momentum peace, and then the anxiety. But at the same time it’s the continuation of Your Love. And if you analyze both songs and videos, it’s like a loop of a toxic relationship. No acting needed, just emotions through music and body language. What a masterpiece.

This is incredibly soothing and incredibly painful at the same time. I am going through a hard moment of grief, finished a relationship 3 months ago, love was there, our lives simply did not fit at the time. I cry my heart out, I am having panic attacks, feeling like sh*t most of of the time... Her expression at the beginning glued me in because it seemed like I was looking at myself in the mirror. And I saw every single emotion I have gone through in that dance. Probably every single one of us has different interpretations of the dance, but I saw grief, sadness, the mental breakdown, feeling crazy, a sense of hope and peace sometimes, then coming back to the anger, loss, feeling lost, abandonment, desperation, other times a feeling of calm and love when you are trying to make peace with you and the other person,... Basically a roller coaster of emotion that you simply cannot hold back. You need to feel it. I am going to take this song and video with me everywhere. This made me feel my heart even more broken, but it soothed me so much at the same time. Makes me feel less alone. I know time heals and even though I know we were not meant to be together right now in this place and time, having to go through all the "what ifs" can kill us inside during the process. If you are going through something similar, you are not alone. It is HARD. And we will be okay. Thank you so much RY X for placing our feelings into songs, they have helped me heal so much, so THANK YOU

i love that these three videos "your love" "gotta let you go" and this one are one story, all videos shot in Iceland. The place i lived for four years. Came back to Austria, my girl left me but the love for Iceland remains and will stay there forever. This trilogy exactly is my feelings for Iceland, loved it, left it behind, want it back. Yes. It's incredibly common for open hearted empathic ppl to be highly attracted to Narcissists (twin flames many call them in the spiritual community... that's a whole other toxic can of worms to get into) Narcissists have very complex ways of screwing us up... it takes a lot of strength and research to truly understand the depths of the phycology of narcissistic personality disorder.. being Free of these bottom feeders is worth every single second it takes to get them out of your life. I was hoping to think of my ex lover listening to this song, but all that played in my brain is how my mom used to dodgde as a kid and if i realised she was leaving i would run after the car, until one day she finally woke me up to say her byes in the morning for a longer trip and she never came back, rather a body in a coffin this happenend 13 years ago.
