As a Buckeyes fan, even though we haven't beat Xichigan in 4 years, he is an amazing coach. The trust and emphasis he puts on his players and staff is top tier. I haven't seen a coach praise a team and staff as much throughout his career more than him, he never takes the credit for himself but values the team aspect. We NEED to keep him for another season.
