Excellent subject- Mental Health and TBI is a real thing. In Afghanistan, I was injured by a suicide bomber and IED. I look back over years and I finally recognized an unhealthy pattern to my behaviors. It was much more difficult to regulate my emotions. I didn’t understand it while I was going though it, but after I had took a mental time out that’s when I seen the chaos I created.. I hope he gets healthier.
