Buster Keaton was absolutely brilliant! His big, baleful eyes were so expressive, plus he did all of his own stunts.

Stunt people are hidden in the shadows because hiding them adds to the movie magic, I guess. We know about them but we forget they exiet and that the characters are just actors, briefly.

I am a bit turned off by Emily interrupting Ryan quite often in this setting...and she does not need to. She is so smart and her performances are always spot on, all of them. But that makes me a bit unhappy that she does this and presents herself a bit needy for attention. At least that is what I see here. It distracted me from the good questions and answers.
