I think that if there was a movie, you wouldn't be able to see the protagonist's face like in the game, making the Jacket the "strong and silent type" and without showing his face would make him badass, like in the game, and i think Hotline Miami movie should have a more raw fight not like John Wick with Gun Fu and etc.

Well it's wrong then It wasn't based off Drive, it was merely one of the movies behind the inspiration, among others like Cocaine Cowboys and Miami Vice. And as far as I know this inspiration is limited to the design, style and setting, not the story
