Just an FYI- I would not finish the basement in any Ryan Home - Some ryan homes have some flaws in the basement/duct work/sump pump/plumbing - It is better to wait a couple years make sure the basement is sold then finish your basement.

you will need your credit in good shape, no collections and credit card debt paid down. You will need a down payment. but that will vary depending on the type of home and they type of loan you would like. The best thig to do is visit a new construction community and start the process that way you know where you stand.

Hi I am not sure but I did do a measurement and based on my measurement of the model home a 8x10 can fit. I can tell you the rug in the video though is not a 8 x 10. I hope that helps.

Florida Ryan Homes builds are a JOKE compared to how nice this model is. It’s crazy, that patio is gorgeous, the $11k upgrade for a patio half that size with no deck. Wish I built in whatever state this is in.
