The arrival center is usually call led the mud room lol.. and it is a great idea for the family that lives there to drop their stuff off. Also the space for the shoes are great.. good idea for the garage bc I’m doing the same this to minds and it will be easy to do first or should only take a few days

I’m trying to figure it out because I got a call the other night and because somebodies loan is shaky they told me about a lot that has a basement potential. It’s a York , first 2 floors are 36 to 37 square ft then the basement has another 1000 square ft. So I’m caught in the middle. Price for the York is 570 and the price of Versailles is 599. The cheaper is across the highway where the HOA is 35 a month and the Versailles is over here where I am and the HOA is 100 a month. The Versailles doesn’t have the basement!!!!! So I’m debating !!!!
