I first met Ray at the original RecTec Academy in the park in Evans. He is the man you see here. Humble, gregarious, warm and generous. The RecTec Family he has created is founded on his magnificient products but extend beyond that to the customer service and customer appreciation that is an extension of this guys heart. I had heard bits and pieces of Ray story before but this comprehensive interview serves as a blueprint of how one man can do anything when he totally puts himself out and commits to it.
