Why has there never been a Will Smith and Ryan Reynolds comedy, talk about a missed opportunity. They had a natural chemistry going back and forth in the interview with jokes.
@vb84283 жыл бұрын
They're both too famous now and usually go for lead roles. When Ryan was taking buddy roles Will Smith was past doing that and wasn't doing many films.
@stanhenderson99283 жыл бұрын
That maybe true, but Will Smith star has kinda fallen in the last couple of years, maybe because he chosen to produce more than act in films/TV or maybe its the fact that he's pursuing other ventures currently, but all that being said, a movie with Ryan would be pretty dope af, tbh. With a great premise, great script, great supporting cast, and Ryan and Will ad-libbing, it's guaranteed to be a smash hit. I kinda wanna see alotta actors who've never been in film together make movies, like Jason Statham being the villain in Mission Impossible with Tom Cruise or in an action movie with Daniel Craig. The king of martial films Jackie Chan and the god of physical comedy Jim Carrey, don't know why but that would be legit. Seth Rogen and Will Ferrell, Martin Lawrence and Adam Sandler, etc. Instead of them giving us formulaic reboots and repeats give us something original and take some of that budget and put a couple industry favorites together and let them go nuts. They spending 50 - 100 million on bs nowadays anyway, just for it to flop, why not take a chance on anything new and go balls to the wall, like Knives Out was with Daniel Craig and Chris Evans. There's a way ppl just gotta do something with it.
