Was it? The idea of a “being” carrying a universe, the idea that Wolverine Carried the Fox superhero movie franchise isn’t a stretch, Logan coincided with Fox selling up to Disney, as a metaphor it was perfect and it puts Deadpool and that Wolverine in that earth, cavalrine shows there are alternative none Hugh wolverines out there so when Marvel recast it makes sense. The idea was a clever take on an old concept, and made for a fun movie.
