Ryan Rodwell Game winning filed goal in Overtime

Ryan Rodwell kicks the game winning field goal against seabreeze in overtime. Rodwell also hit a 45 yard field goal in the first quarter. He was 2/2 on XP and 2/2 on field goals. Deland Blocked 3 field goals as well to help send the game into overtime and set up the game winner.

he reset his feet and was not moving forward when the ball was snapped. any person not on the line and off the ball can go in motion whenever they want, as long as they are set before the ball is snapped. but you should know that since you're a ref apparently
