Whenever I was at OPO, I feel like Ryanair Pilots were the ones who did this the most, actually. Though it can be hard to see, depending on the light... Always feels nice to be acknowledged like that!

Yes, it's very good to have that kind of feedback from pilots or even other airport workers. Unfortunately I could not wave back to the pilot, because I had both hands operating the tripod. Lets hope he will see the video :-)
