Very smart guy, fast-thinker and fast-talker obviously, with the competitive attitude required in his position. He has "democratized" flying in Europe. Hope he lasts as CEO of Ryanair for many years.

He’s a very smart business man, he’s investable and he keeps his prices low and his running costs far lower. Without him we’d be paying extortionate prices. Once Ryanair goes that’s us gone too

Tricky running an airline so many variables and scrutiny from the public I take my hat off to him. Love Ryanair. How can people complain at these dirt cheap prices.

Basically giving away seats for free flights for £15 can’t complain cheaper than a London cab

Where else could you get better value than Ryanair stop whining and enjoy your flight

Without Ryanair we’d be paying a lot more £££, these other airlines would be charging out of our backsides. Competition is good for the consumer, they’re decreasing prices for us all.

I remember he spewed on about Aer lingus strikes (3 in 10yrs)all the time. He's had 8 strikes in 1 yr 😂. He is a great business man but his fast talking is designed to not give you time think of Ryanair's mistakes and problems.

Funny though most of their flights are basically short hops really and everyone complains the seats are shit I hate the interior etc but airlines are now starting to do long haul with this same model of service and some are well into it now and the world is raving about them. Also the fact he weathered 3 to 4 recessions without the public having to be fleeced, doesn't carry any bad baggage around him. Times they changed the goalposts and we didn't like it but the others did it to us with a smile, he's shown us how airlines can run and their all following him slowly but surly. We should demand this type of negotiator do work on behalf of the majority of Ireland grilling our company about the costs of our spiralling cost of our lives and taking action. You know the government I think they call them that in business nowadays but a company that doesn't and never seems to make profit but losses massive amounts so callously that they now explain it as normal but look at all the existing and new classes that surround this system with compared to twenty years ago and even with all the best advice you can get well its just getting worse. There is a lot more people in this world who have affect and continues to affect my life than Michael o Leary. When I hadn't a pot to piss in during the recession Ryan Air were the formula 1 of my breaks and holidays, somethings to just consider
