What if it’s a project someone already compiled and the deployment only goes as low as 11 when I’m trying to get to tvOS 10.2.2? I’m trying to install Retroarch to my Apple TV HD. The goal is to put it on 10.2.2 because it’s the only OS currently available for a semi-untethered jailbreak.
