Do you mean like an android phone? Yes. Double click the top of the screen on home page. You will get the notifications and some option buttons like WiFi, etc

Well done review on this box. The GT1 Mini was great while it worked. I had it for almost 3 weeks & it is now dead. No signal at all, the green power light stays on. Dealing with BeeLink's customer service is slow as ever. They have asked me every question they can think of, relevant or not. Then sent me instructions how to update the firmware on a box that will not turn on??!! I think there hoping I will go away, Not happening! Even though I have already paid for this, I will have to pay to ship it somewhere (Registered), so I know it lands in the right place. Just because something has Great Reviews, Does NOT mean they have Great Employees working there when you need something done.

I have H96 Max H2 (4/32GB), Vontar TX92 (3/64GB) & will receive Beelink GT1 mini Android TV box in few days. I had to avoid Mi TV box only due to the less RAM/ROM & less connectivity port available. Nice & full review. 👌🏼 👍🏼

Nice review. However, is it Dolby 5.1/DTS certified? Will it play in surround sound when hooked on a Dolby/DTS receiver or will it just downmix to stereo?

Out of interest, would you know if its possible to change launcher on this box? As I've tried a few other newer boxes and had to send them back as they don't seem to support launchers like evie, nova or apex, mainly ones for my air mouse

Ross Macca 67 Music, I just installed Nova Launcher from the Play Store. Is that what you meant? I do have, not an air mouse, but one of those mine keyboards with mouse included

Just tried. Looks a bit blank 😂 Maybe I’m doing something wrong. You only see the apps in you click the up arrow at the bottom. The there is 2 view modes of the apps, thumbnails or list

I have my Netflix account set to SD on purpose because with HD it will pull too much data. That being said, my TV up-converts the SD to a level that resembles HD. Therefore this is not really a big problem.

Never tried the ultimate. This one ☝️ runs 4K videos very well. I do like the Mi Box very much, but some people complain about the WiFi. Me personally never had any issue. Have a look at my mi box review if you can ;)

Both good. Mi Box has Netflix HD, but people complain about WiFi issues if the box is too far away from the router. Personally I never had issue :)

Eddie Burk like Nova Launcher? Yes. Just installed it :) It does have a top notification bar like an android phone. The bottom one, press and old at the bottom and the button will come up, including multi task button, return, sound and camera (takes a screenshot)

This Tv Box only supports Google Widevine Level 3, this means no HD for Netflix or Amazon Prime. Amazon Prime was available in the Google Play store, but unfortunately, it won't play HD content, only SD.

I couldn’t make it work for some reason. Tomorrow if I can I will try another mobile device. There is HappyCast available to install from the box ‘App Market’. I managed to cast some photos from my mobile, not not full screen mirroring.
