The BEST Playdough Recipe without Cream of Tartar

I always thought that playdough recipes without cream of tartar were an inferior version, something that would do the trick but wasn't that great. Well, I recently tried the internets most popular playdough recipes without cream of tartar in hopes of finding the best version of the "inferior playdough" but instead I found the BEST playdough recipe I have ever made (and I've made a lot of playdough)!! Also, we've had the playdough for over a month now and it is still just as good as when we first made it, all without cream of tartar! I have found my staple playdough recipe and I'm excited to share it with all of you :).
