I love Morganna! One of my favorite pre-mades. I greatly enjoy loading her inventory with expensive items, divorcing him, and then using her divorce money to get an art degree and purchasing the art gallery. Yes I'm petty af. 😂

The reason your bills were so high is the expensive car: when it's placed on the lot it increases the lot value which in turn increases the bills. If the car is in your inventory it won't make the bills more expensive!

Yes. That's why I never hang much art in a house. If I have an artist Sim I like to get them wealthy and buy an art gallery. Then put all their art in there tax-free.

I played this household when I first got The Sims 3, and I didn't know about the neighborhood setting where life updates just occur randomly (I was so used to Sims 2 where nothing happens to other neighbour sims unless you play their household). During my initial playthrough Morgana moved out, then I played a different household and when I went to play as Thornton, imagine my surprise when he was holding not 1 but 2 babies😆🤔

I actually am painter among other art forms. Last year I had my art in a museum WHILE ALIVE!!! I never played the premade ones I always made my own. So it is interesting whenever you post these videos caz I never knew shit about the townies!

First painting was a cupcake. $750 happens at around level 6-7 of the skill so unless you are selling for ~$650 that opportunity should be ignored, it will come again and be followed by a $1k painting delivery. Though both paintings will sell for more they will not pay for the first trips cost and therefore should just be an excuse to go on vacation. Clear the tutorial dungeon will pay for the first trip, then for the second vacation go to the vineyard and in the basement tasting room a wall to the left of the restroom is a hidden door and right of the open hidden door is another. Inside the first room is several racks you can take all the nectar from and inside the second is a gem and 3 chests with nectar. Take all that and revisit the tutorial tomb and the second vacation is paid for. Add a few dig sites and it could be a profit. To ensure a profit there are 2 more dungeons at the tutorial dungeon site, one requires Pangu's axe to clear the boulder that prevents entry the other just requires standing on a floor plate that's green matching the grass it's on. Both are opposite the entry to the first tomb. Stand on the plate and clear the newly opened tomb and don't worry it isn't an adventure tomb. If you cheated the axe go ahead and clear the other too and for a complicated tomb left of the town on the same side of the river is a tomb entry with 3 boulders that exits on the little island.

That's what I thought, the delivery felt like it was too soon to be his, but I didn't look at the time in-game and kind of brushed it off, but it's coming together now XD. But tbh, I just think it was an editing magic, I think sims always know who's the daddy, if it was Christopher's, I'm sure he'd come instead of Leighton, I think it worked like that?

If you need to improve a skill quickly, you can buy the brain machine (comes with University expansion pack). You can use it everyday and improve one chosen skill in like 15 seconds. It is not cheating since the game offers it. However, I think it is useful if the skill does not play the huge role in the sims's story :)
