not really... when she blended (like she did here), their harmonies sounded great. but when not, they didn't. in a harmony, no one's voice is supposed to stand out. Ally's voice stands out too sometimes because she's doing the extremely high harmonies. Even in those instances, the harmonies don't sound as good. It's not a Camila thing, it's a volume thing

All of these girls did an amazing job in this performance, but Ally knocked it out of the park for me. Sometimes acoustic is harder to keep up with pitch wise because the strumming is so sparse, and she’s the only one perfectly in tune. It’s just so impressive.

+Jezica Lozano Normani has amazing control over her whistle register but it's a different kind of singing than belting. Your vocal cords function differently. Normani as a low alto has trouble going into the 5th octave in full voice so that note is kind of at the top of her chest voice reach. Whereas Lauren can go up to D's and sometimes E well, Dinah and Camila around F and G, and then Ally has gone up to a B5 live that I've seen lol. But I've heard Normani belting even higher in Ally's and Dinah's snapchats of them singing "Defying Gravity" in the car, so I KNOW Mani can do that note, maybe it was just nerves or maybe she wasn't warmed up well enough.

She just needs vocal lessons to learn to use her voice perfectly and get her mix right so she can be belting F's and G's all day lol. Right now, she's just dragging her chest voice up all the way to belt her top notes which is why she struggles with the 5th octave
