I was lucky enough to stay at the Four Seasons. The island is magical. There was a sense of spirituality I felt during my visit that was priceless. The island, the people, the colors, all of it was a once in a lifetime experience.

My wife and I stayed at the Intercontinental Moana (island side) about a month ago for 5 days. Amazingly beautiful. We snorkeled every day and loved the location. It was on a penisula directly across from Matira beach. It allowed access to the local restaurants without having to take a water taxi in from the motu islands. Cheaper bungalows over the water but still super amazing. We rented bikes and rode around the whole island in about 4 hours. Kayaked to the reef, snorkeled in the "Aquarium" and saw tons of fish and sting/bat rays. Heaven on earth.

It was a great idea to stay on Bora Bora itself. It seems like more of a Polynesian fantasy island than Papeete on Tahiti would be. In the movie version of South Pacific Bora Bora was "Bali Hai", the almost mystical island of dreams. Brazil, Tanzania and now bora Bora - there's no telling where you'll be next.

Bora Bora is our happy place and we're fortunate to be able to go there often! There are a few activities that are must do for us and we don't get tired of doing them every time we go: - Parasailing (breathtaking experience to see the lagoon and the island from a birds-eye perspective) - Snorkeling Tours (we always do two as they provide different stops and experiences, Lagoon Service Full Day that includes a nice buffet Tahitian lunch and Reef Discovery Private Tour) - Jetski Tour (so much fun to do a full round of the lagoon on jetskis) - ATV Tour (best way to explore the island off-road and get to great spots with amazing views, as well as checking out the war cannons)

The airbnbs weren’t too expensive, like $250-300 a night. The sailboat was expensive 😅 but you can find airbnbs for whatever budget your thinking. Hotels can cost around +$1000 a night

One suggestion next time: the location is so beautiful you may want to consider dwelling longer on each shot to let the colors and vivid beauty come through better. How about another edit with longer shots? BTW I've been to Bora 4x and love it!

Its very interesting and amazing Ryan.... Thanks for your hard work and time... I liked it very much.... The nature is beautiful no need to spend 3 - 5k per night just for stay as we are going to move around and its the same all over the island :). For a night it may be okay but if you stay for a week 10 days 30 to 50k just for stay may be bit expensive for most people Instead your boat is great and its very nice. This small islands are beautiful and expensive. But Bora Bora is beautiful really. CU SOON...

Ryan, I love your videos. Thanks for doing them. They're cheerful, friendly, beautifully shot, and really give a great idea of a place someone might be researching to travel to or can't go but still wants to see it. Can you consider a minor suggestion?: 1) your music choices are a million times better than what they could be so if you don't want to or it would be hard, keep the music as is. It really isnt that bad. Its only a minor thing and only kind of hokey. It doesn't distract from the general awesome vibe and content of the video. - I saw a travel vid the other day with rap and heavy metal when the visual was a slow shot of a pretty and peaceful Hawaiian beach at sunset. THAT was a bad, jarring choice of music. Your music choices aren't like that. 2) I dunno, if you were to use something else, something light and upbeat but without the strange cheesy sax and 80's elevator music sound or something light, upbeat, and tropical sounding? 3) otherwise keep it as is. My only issue, if it's even an issue, is that the sax reminds me of the music of "Epic Sax Guy" - that viral classic KZbin video. Oddly cheesy 80's style elevator music. That kind of thing. Now that I've written this, I'm thinking maybe i wouldn't like the music to change! Ive kind of gotten used to it and it's kind of become a signature sound. 😂🤔👍
