Her excuse is that she was "ONLY" 29 at the time of the filming! She understood everything at 30😂 then she excused her cunduct to both Adam and Margot, but at the same time she wrote this is " just" at tv show!!!! This woman has big big big problems somethong is NOT right!!!

That was a triggering and well handled episode. I have seen this happen multiple times prestigious companies corporate parties. But the perpetrators generated a lot of revenues so the victims got fired every time.

AND RIGHT IN FRONT OF CAMERAS!! Does firing them for this put them on a predator registry? Because they shouldn't be allowed to work near other people

Even if they're convicted they can still work with others. I just left a job that had an employee who would come in while I worked (on his day off, yes he had a key to the place), and berate me for deep cleaning the workplace, meanwhile he would tell me not to talk back. He would say things like, "oh, you talk to your dad with that mouth?" Or "is that how your dad raised you?". Meanwhile he was a convicted predator. He would ask the woman on staff where they lived and how old they are. This man would even sabotage the workplace by talking credit for my work while simultaneously telling the owner and managers that I was horrible employee. I would prep his work station along with mine so that the place was set up for the week, I rearranged the entire place, created organizational contraptions to maintain order and even made a full guide for new employees AND deep cleaned everything multiple times. Just for this POS to literally skip on his own job duties and cook personal meals during his shift instead of doing simple tasks, and the manager loved it since he was benefiting with free food. Apparently this man wasn't showing up to work recently and disappeared completely..... Allegedly he's been caught again being a predator. His name is joe pechota. Oh, and I told my manager that I didn't want him socializing with me because I didn't feel comfortable or safe, my boss said that I just had to deal with it. That I can't expect to be catered to like that..... Oh and I found out that they were paying me under minimum wage as well.... And the manager committed three misdemeanors, 1. Firing me after reporting health concerns (they weren't cleaning the soda machine with was oozing black slime and plenty of other health violations) 2. Not providing me my last check till a month after firing me. 3. Not providing me with a letter of dismissal so that I could submit a claim to unemployment........ When I finally got the letter, it had the wrong date that I i was fired, meaning the manager didn't even bother writing down that I was fired.... The night I was fired I demanded my money which I'm legally owed upon termination, and the manager literally had the security kick me out. Least to say I would never recommend working at the mad house comedy club in San Diego. Nor would I recommend anyone to patronize the club.

@@privateemail9755what do you mean you "found out they were paying you less than minimum wage?" You didn't know what you were being paid an hour/week/pay period?? Were you waitstaff? Also, you don't need a letter for unemployment if you are fired. You just file for unemployment. And did this place serve alcohol??

There are also minimum wages for assistant management positions that change often. So your wage may not be obvious. The rules for that industry by law should be posted, when they are not it is usually because someone is being under paid.

as a woman, it’s crazy to me that no one is talking about this part of the episode. so many men AND WOMAN still don’t believe men can be sexually assaulted. disgusting. both members were rightfully fired.

And she didn't even get fired for assaulting him by the sounds of it. She got fired for defending the other guy for his sexual assault. And people wonder why men don't report sexual assault. What for, nobody cares and it's not like anyone is going to prosecute for sexually assaulting a grown man.

I've had a couple of male friends tell me they were raped like this by females. They were so ashamed and said the same exact thing, but who cares because I'm a guy. Broke my heart. Two separate stories but literally said the same thing. The thing that's upsetting here is she wasn't fired immediately, only after sticking up for the other guy. So she could've gotten away with it 😢

Luke was immediately removed from the ship and put in a hotel and separated from the crew and fired first thing the next day and Laura kept going to the female members of the crew, including the victim of Luke's attempted assault, and empathized with and continuously defended Luke because she's also a predator. She was fired pretty fast too.
@niklet9246
@niklet9246 Ай бұрын
Both situations were predatory. The only slight difference was that Luke was drunk, naked and aggressive. He slammed the door on producers twice. Laura was aggressive, but not naked and not as drunk and she came down when they pulled her off of him. They're both vile, sorry to say.
@CommentorX
@CommentorX 11 ай бұрын
I would wonder how much responsibility the producers have for this. I mean, they are providing free alcohol to 20-somethings, and then throwing them drunk into communal, co-ed sleeping quarters in their underwear. And then they are shocked that this is the result? Seems to me that they designed this situation to promote controversy. And sell views.

Having the tools and opportunity doesn't mean that people have to take it. It's called ethics, morality and integrity. Producers give the actors their floor for improv, what they do with it is their choice.
@CommentorX
@CommentorX 11 ай бұрын
@@dancarl761 Except that the show did not provide the tools. If the production company had installed locks on the cabin doors, or separated male/female sleeping quarters with a security guard, then none of the controversy would have had a chance to happen.
