Thank you for your talk on Mars-Rahu conjunction. It sheds light and clarity on the subject. In my natal chart Mars, which is exalted, and Rahu are very closely conjunct and situated in the 5th house in Shravana (Capricorn). I feel strongly the affect of this conjuction. I've had problems with anger, sometimes rage and sudden bursts of them (usually directed towards myself), which is scary even to me. Sometimes it is so strong (and can rise very fast), that I feel like destroying myself and bursting in an instant, which have led to hurting myself. Yes, it is not an easy combination and there is lots of distructive and violent energy in it and can be dangerous. I am still under its power but, I have managed to control it with my age to some extent. Focus on forgiveness to oneself and others, feelings of compassion and humility, and breathing. The good thing of exalted Mars is that it makes one very brave and courageous.

Very true! I spend most of my time in the lab where i have to be around chemical fumes and toxic material... How fitting that when I do astrology readings for people..my mood suddenly changes and I become either completely drained of energy or have no way to explain what I am feeling...it is as if some new entity has taken over me...i sort of become like the person who I am reading the chart...i can feel the strongest emotion in their chart whatever that is...without meditation and mantras I think I am quite vulnerable to the person's chart....mars is my 8th lord!

I wonder if Mercury in the 12th house could improve the logical thinking part, because my Mars/Rahu son has finished his computer science studies.
