I have watched a lot of house model videos but this one by far is not only the most gorgeous but well-planned with the most amenities just breathtaking. Bethesda needs to hire this mod artist because they are truly the shit I am quite impressed

This is by a wide margin the best small house mod covered on your channel. Everything exudes class from the top down. The colors, fauna, lighting and custom features are spot on. However, the storage and display features are where it shines....clever and artful. So many mod homes just have big square stone rooms stuffed with a few dozen mannequins , plaques and cases...no flow or imagination or design aesthetic...just storage enmasse. Sad and cold, but this is warm and cozy. Would live here no doubt. Only gripe is no basement treasury all loaded up with piles of shinies and ornate chests.

Is the player homes stable? I've played with quite a few player home mods before and most of them have crashed the game. Also am I able to load up this mod into my game safely or do I have to start a new save?
