Only the bold part of the card is the cost. You can DON -1 regardless of the opponent's hand. They just don't discard if they have less than 7 cards

@@DaniCR92 Yeah, you can Don -1 and when you do if the enemy has 7 or more you thrash 2. -1 for nothing is quite a common play for Purple with Law to trigger stuff like 5c Kid.

I'm sorry for my late reply. I don't think you still need my GP Doffy list, but even if you still need it, GP Doffy is not recommended to bring in any competitive tournament especially in this current meta haha. My bad for replying late 🙏✨
