You can add some rice to your meat mixture for bell peppers. Normally rice is included. And the tops of the bell peppers are usually diced up and added to the meat mixture.

I would recommend adding some rice with the turkey before stuffing the pepper, and also (most importantly) a bit of water in the pan so you get some steam in the oven. The pepper is cooked waaay better then! I learned this when I lived in Bulgaria and their version (palneni chushki) is absolutely amazing!!!

For women doing this alone I've seen some scary situations but for guys they have no fear lol. This would be fun to do as aa group but small group not a big one. But your one of the most fun to watch. I found you yesterday late afternoon and I was like meh idk but the more you watch of your videos omg so much better. I didn't go to bed til 3 am and woke up at 8 am still binging. Idk if this is a part time thing for you bc I know you said your going home in your one video. But you should totally do this all the time. Your fun and talk to us like we are there. Must be hard on your GF with you being so far away. You should both do this and bring her with you even just a week. I wish I could do this even part time but my health sucks and my doctors will never be ok with it. so, have you had any issues with mice while staying in the desert? I didn't know if you checked for holes underneath your rig so they can crawl up in & eat on your wiring...I have heard you can get some steel wool or copper wool to plug up those holes or fill them up with some of that great stuff foam (green can for pest)

To remove stickers and their residue off a car or actually anything champ, all you gotta do is spray on wd40 mate and it will come right off ( its car paint safe), you can literally use it to clean anything off the van and windows.
