I used this swap kit for my mk2 vr6 a few yrs ago. crazy thing is that actuator was like $45 from the dealership back then. Now it's gone through the roof.

What is the correct adjustment for the clutch cable? Mine was way too long originally so I had to use spacers to get it even to work.

I have a caddy and I just got an AHU, is the conversion kit the same, doesn’t seem to mention the AHU on S&Ps website??

I didn't see the bracket that holds the clutch cable did they integrate that in the mount?

Is there no more videos you installing this setup I'm busy with mine and have run into a few problems could use a guide. I'm busy with o2a on a 1.8 20vt bought everything and have started but mounting the box and installing the rods and all that is a nightmare

That's because I haven't gotten the project started yet unfortunately. I did just get a speedo cable from them on Saturday so the only thing I need to finish up the project is a downpipe which I hope to get soon and actually start the darn thing.

After viewing this video I went ahead and bought the conversion kit, nice stuff but where are the instructions for installation? can't figure out the shift rods and slave cylinder/ cable. for the $ it cost some simple instructions would be nice. Need to get customer there car back any help would be appreciated.

Just moved from there to PA. Have a MK4 TDI , love it. Have a MK1 CIS caddy, hate it because CIS is a diagnostic nightmare. Want to marry them. Will probably settle on VR6.
