I only just managed to get you in. There's about a 3 sec delay on the GoPro but luckily it captured the fist bump. Thanks for your support Charles.

Race director just shared this in our volunteer group as I was one of the marshals on the course. I love trail running but usually only do parkruns these days .. although after watching the video I’d love to do this entire route one day … I’d also love to be coached for a new 5k PB if you do that or can recommend an app or other resources?
